Hi there , I benen working before for more than one year with work permit , pay tax and have social . 

 

My company give back My WP and i just change mynon B visa  in turist . 

 

Now a New company What to employ me with a New work permit , What I Need ? And Need to do ? 

 

1) As remember first I need to do a visa run and applay for a NON B again with (shareholder, tax,etc .. plus my photo , degree, letter employment ) 

 

2) now come the tricky part apply for a work permit ( I remembe that if you had a WP before things and document request are slight different )

 

normally I give a pile of paperwork to the lawyer of company with my passport and he go certified and do everything.

 

(not because I am lazy I was there by my self in BKK , whent inside and they told me no a thai person need to do , do you have a lawyer ? , so after I meet him there and he do it for me ...)

 

my question is what document I need ? How I need to do  ?

I assume your old work permit has been canceled or has expired.

You will be applying for a new work permit not a renewal of your other one. Paper work will be no different from the last time.

I can ask the company where I work before , they had my WP and said they will give it back ( think cancel ) otherwise the had to pay taxes . 

 

I was insicure cure because I remember that was something if you had a WP before , but Maybe only if you still have the WP in hand like you said .
