Apologies if this question has been asked and answered multiple times before..

My 60 day single entry tourist visa runs out on the 12th of November.

I live in Yasothon, can I go to Roi Et or Amnat Charoen to get a 30 day extension, and if so do I need any other documents other than my passport?

Also is there a form I can print out and fill in to speed up the process?

Amnat Charon is still the designated office for Yasothon. You will have to go there.

Copies of you passport photo page, visa, entry stamp and TM6 departure card.
