I think 'reported' is important here, and what consists as reported or perhaps ignored.

Reported crimes are down because the police dont answer any call to assist. Where i live we have had to call the police on several occasions but the phone either doesnt work, diverted to another wrong number, told to call emergency numbers, told to come back during the day, told to talk to lawyers, no body hurt so dont worry, etc....

Where i live crime is up and the police have taken a permanent holiday thanks to the bribes they recieve to let some locals go about their illegal activities. The word police is not the right word to describe police here. Mafia is more fitting.

Yeah there full of shit. Crooks with some medals and looking for new and amazing scams. The land of scams.

My now ex gf was beaten by her ex-husband, hospital trip, reports, CM police refused point blank to investigate the matter.

What a dirty <deleted>. Those police I will grab by the neck. like I did at Pattaya police station. refused to help my wife's friend after her dog bf bashed the Christ thru her.  I looked for him but no go. Police was the last port. seeing pictures they declined. so I pulled him across the table. Told him his no better than the Thai that did it.

I fear my mother more than those germs
