We spend about 5 months a year in Thailand with the balance in New Zealand. I have always used the visa exempt system but looking for a change. ubonjoe Posted October 29, 2016 Share Posted October 29, 2016 Thailand only recognizes legal marriages. Common law marriages, civil partnerships and etc are not recognized.
