anyone having issues?

I have not gotten any signal from Sophon since last night?

came back a few times for about 10 min and gone again

I live in the Nhongyai area (North east)

I use Sophon Internet around Lake Mabprachan but not their TV service and a couple of days ago we lost all signals for 36 hours due to their main system being down and the replacing their cable for some stretch of Soi Siam Country club. Rain damage and/or delays caused by rain affect all services but I find Sophon exceptional helpful when I call and they always check later to see if problem has been resolved. Did you call them ?
