Talking about that I never really liked that sci fi series " Quantum Leap" but my granddad loved it. He also preferred a ham and cheese sarnie on white bread whereas I always went for whole meal. What is it about the price of cheese in LOS? A complete rip off. Talking about being ripped off I once bought a Ford Granada that had been clocked. Did I mention that clocked is also English slang for seeing something as in " Did you clock that drunk bloke at Pete's birthday party?"

I got clocked once at a gig in Bristol for not letting a bloke chat up the girl next to me, is that where the Thai word kik comes from, gig ? A one nighter, here today, Bawtry tomorrow. Don't ever go to Bawtry, I once had to spend the night there sleeping in a red telephone box trying to hitchhike back to Hull from Ireland. If they made telephone boxes a bit bigger they could double up as one of those tiny cubicles Japanese businessmen sleep in when they miss the last train home. They're a strange bunch, those Japanese businessmen , sit in Patpong bars at the counter staring at the women as if they are gynaecologists about to perform invasive surgery. I had invasive surgery once, the doctor stuck a catheter up me, all he said was 'Look it's my job to take the p*ss out of you .' Edited November 1, 20169 yr by bannork

Why do you no longer have a cat, did it die of natural causes or did it get tired of listening to Lionel Richie and move next door in search of more meaty rock n roll?? I had two. One died at the grand old age of 16. I had problems with my housing and had to move from my flat. My landlady was a bitch. So, unfortunately I had to give Jimmy away. I had no other choice, and am still very sad about it even now 5 years later. He now lives in the countryside, surrounded by fields and is spoilt rotten. So, in the end i made the best decision, and am glad i didn't have to put him in the Cat Home for adoption. I don't actually know if he is still alive, he was 16 in September. I miss him everyday. The people are so posh they even had the vet come to their house to give him a check up!!! He was 100% healthy and he cleaned his teeth!! The only quibble i had was they never asked for his vet notes nor for me to change the address on his chip. Oi, he loved Lionel. Even though his favourite was Michael Bublé!!
