This whole fiasco just shows the sorry state of thai society from a net idol worship of a plastic surgical doll to the police and hospital who cannot even get their acts of administrations together. 

 

Whats so hard about this case? if someone cause such a major accident whether she is alive or not, u get her urine or blood samples at the earliest and see if she was DUI n then proceed accordingly with the charges, whether driving recklessly resulting in public n private property damage and causing hurt to others or DUI and causing damages or death. thats all. its so clear cut. why should there even be any discussion on who does what or why? 

 

When i go to the immigration office, the staff r always so efficient, just fill in this, provide this document , no have? go home n prepare n come again... thats all.
