You guys left the E.U. We have left SANITY. The majority of Americans think correctly that trump is unfit to be president, yet they voted him in. A bit reckless, wouldn't you say?

Almost anyone would be more fit than Hillary even the very very unfit as the election represented.

My Election Party.

I had really a fun day.  Home alone, wife works.  Just me and the dogs and one giant TV and 4 computers and a Twitter account.  CNN would try and BS the world and I'd correct them.  It was great sport me and the dog and CNN.  I made two pizzas to heck with the diet and typed away at the news media and polling outlets who were great targets all day long.

Almost anyone would be more fit than Hillary even the very very unfit as the election represented.

Actually many more Americans thought trump was less fit for the office than Hill but voted in trump anyway. That's madness.

You reading polls?  The same pollsters who predicted a Hillary win?  Slow learner eh?  American voting public thought Trump would make a better President than Hillary.  Sorry get used to it.

Better to resist evil than get used to it.

The man hasn't even started his job yet and you say he's evil?  Give him a chance.  The only thing you have to fear is fear itself.

Doubt it.  Too many nations taking up arms and increasing military budgets.

yes they did that because of the tensions caused by NATO.

get the Department of Justice cleaned up and Americans will soon see who the evil one was

When all is said and done, will we get a better exchange rate for our dollars, pounds and euros ......... or will we all get blown to smithereens when WW3 starts?

Who needs politics , Trump will build a business in the White house while the world is collapsing.   4 years with Trump will just delay all the problems and then someone else has to clear up the mess.

It was Hitlery and the EUSSR that wanted WW3, Trump actually wants to get along with Putin.

NATOS's actions were in response to aggression in the area.  Got to get to the source first.

Topic is about Election Nite (Morning) Watching Party

Lots of places in world news to discuss what will happen now its all over so if we can confine our comments to how and where and what we did whilst watching the election that will be great.

No chance but to give him a chance as president. Even though he lost the popular vote, he was elected president. Shameful mistake to put a man like that in that position, but the world is stuck with it.

Ask yourself a few questions.  1.  Who did the better job with the campaign?  2.  Who knew more about the American electorate?

3.  Did you know better about the election results than Trump?    We have had one opportunity to look at Hillary Clinton vs Donald Trump - who did the better job?

Given those things I submit Trump is a better political manager and after all what is the Presidency about?

You can "submit" all you like but I'm not going to be sucked into your pointless BAITING.

I already said I accepted the results.

That doesn't mean I have to like it or think he's fit to be president.

I know people that love strong authoritarian leaders love to see big street rallies of people in brown shirts saluting their "great" leader in fake and forced "unity" ... the USA isn't quite there yet (even though the Nazis and KKK are now having a big victory party about the trump win) and most of us still will not buy into that sheit.

He has his chance. Tragically. The idea of that madmen demagogue with the nuclear codes should worry the whole planet.

There was a contest and the best person won.  Not bait just fact.  Hillary has lost to Obama and Trump.  She is a loser. Losers don't make good Presidents.  You have no choice to but to accept the results that's like saying the sun is not going to come up tomorrow if you don't accept it. Silly.

On the contrary, US & Russian relations if anything should improve dramatically

with Trump's presidency, I can see him & Putin having a nice chat and a drink in

the Kremlin very soon.

Something Hillary would have had no chance in achieving.

Peace.

Winning an election doesn't make you the best person. I don't see any value in further discussion with anyone that actually believes that vapid assertion.

Welcome to my ignore list.

Until trump's temper gets the best of him, that is.

Characteristically speaking, i think Trump & Putin will get on very well

with each other, macho men bonding so to speak.

Welcome to my ignore list.

Almost as many people on that as voted for Trump.  I'm honored.

I spent the day in the hotel room with the tv on the BBC and cheering for Trump on TV.

I was really happy when he won, finally.

Go Donald, go.

America has had many good presidents in the past. Looking back, the best were all intelligent, strong, thoughtful men who truly strove to do the right thing in their role as the leader of the strongest nation on earth. Some of the most fondly remembered were soft-spoken; they walked softly and carried a big stick. These men made Americans proud, because we had faith that these leaders, elected by the people, these men of such vast power and influence over so many people, would always stay strong, but take the high road... and make America proud.

The election just witnessed changes everything; we've never seen an election like this in modern times. We've never had an outspoken, snap-tempered, megalomaniacal, billionaire, non-politician winner before. We've never seen mass protests the day after election day, against the elected President of the United States. All bets are off.

Good luck to President Trump; it doesn't matter a bit what you think of him- just, good luck... Americans are praying, and the world is watching.

Did you forget about some guy , think his name was                 Richard Nixion

Shame about the bad losers in the news right now

They obviously have a problem with democracy.

My 6p worth.

Donald will become presidential, gather wise, intelligent people to advise him, work WITH congress, appoint judges that uphold the constitution to the SCOTUS, put at least some of his policies through, improve the economy, make better trade deals with other countries, reform health care, and easily win a second term ( if he even wants it ).

I'm no more psychic than anyone else on here, but that's as valid a prediction as the negative garbage that we've been assailed with since he won.

PS the next first lady is far more attractive than Bill, so that's a win already. With any luck he'll have Ivanka doing something that has her in the tv news a lot too.
