I currently have Elite visa.

Can I do 90 days report at Chamchuri Square ?

No you cannot.

You can take your passport to the Thai Elite office and they will do it for you.

You can do your report at 3 offices in Bangkok. They are Chaent Wattana, Imperial World Lad Phrao or Major Hollywood Suksawat.

You can do 90 day reports at those two offices.
