I checked the report threads and couldn't find any recent information on Phnom Penh. Is it possible to get the visa the next day? I'm thinking about flying there today and get it done as I don't want to do the Laos trip and I got my last 2 from Hong Kong. But I do need to be back on Tuesday. Any chance it's possible to apply tomorrow morning and get the visa on Tuesday? Or Wednesday the quickest option? Thanks a lot

If you use an agent and are willing the pay extra you can get it back the next afternoon.

I edited my post while you were posting. No mention of next day in the topic though.

The standard in PP is four working days,for an express fee of somewhere around 10 to 20$ you can get it done one or two days faster;whether it is one day or two days faster keeps changing constantly.

I use "Lucky Lucky Motorcycle Shop" - which has a visa-agent in the back.  They do visas for many consulates.  Be prepared to show a ticket-out, though I was able to use a Bangkok Bank book with sufficient funds (over 35K Baht was suggested) in lieu of that, on my last application.  I was offered next day, 2-day or 3-day.

 

Also note the Thai Consulate in Phnom Penh are closed until this Wednesday, due to local holidays.
