Air Asia at tuk com is not a true rep !!

I had read earlier that air Asia had two outlets .  but after having problems at tuk com I phoned air Asia and they informed me the only true booth is at tesco lotus by kfc .  The lady in tuk com made a mistake on my booking date. This resulted in me paying a much higher fare . ...then an additional several thousand In change fees.   let the buyer beware .  be warned .  there's only one official booth .  my experience at tuk com was a nightmare .

Just curious why would anyone use an agent for air asia.. even if you have no creditcard you can print out a booking nr (or even write it down) and pay at 711. No real need to go to a physical agent at all.

I thought it was the one on suk road ?

To save any confusion when discussing which Tesco-Lotus, I call the psuedo-Jomtien one on Sukhumvit "the sh!t one".

Back on topic... I went to the 'real' AirAsia booth at the sh!t Tesco to ask if they would accept a photocopy of a Thai ID card since the niece (the smart one) had left her ID card at home in Udon. The girl said that if it was a really, really clear and good quality copy, she would.... but the check-in staff at U-Tapao probably might not.
