People advocate the treatment of pedophiles so they don't offend, and as someone pointed out, a lot of them were abused themselves as kids. Added to this treatment doesn't mean a few pills and 'please don't do it again', we are talking proper solutions to help fix the problems so they don't offend. Yes you can physically punish them but even castration is not the answer, drugs administered and monitored by a proper clinic will be a better answer but such are not always available in rural villages.
