how to change language on Air Asia application?

Featured Replies

very frustrating, I can not find the way to change language on iOS and Android.

I installed the same app days ago for android. It was already in English. I had only to change the currency.

What is the default language that you are seeing?  Thai?

on my iPhone it s all in Thai and on my Android tablet is in English. I try to get to the page where I can change all in English but I don't find it. even an employee at the air Asia desk was unable to find it on my iPhone.

A search on this issue pulls up the following:

Looks like you're stuffed on iOS until AirAsia sorts it out.

I can only suggest setting your VPN [if you have one] to UK and going through the below link and try downloading the English version in iTunes.  Though this is not guaranteed to work either but worth a try.

this is what I say everyday, people in Asia are totally clueless! they want copy the big Airlines like ba and else, and they are not even able to make an application for different languages.

previous version was working fine. why they screw everything? jeez!

Get this shit!  Scroll down.

It might come in eleven different languages but not able to change a single one.  Fools.

Saying that, Thai AirAsia is my favourite domestic.  Nok Air?  No way.
