Charity raising money to help disadvantaged children smile

BANGKOK: -- OPERATION Smile Thailand is raising funds to change the lives of children born with cleft palates and other facial deformities.

 

The charity organises free surgeries for children.

“In as few as 45 minutes, you can change a child’s life forever,” the charity organisation announced as it raised funds for the cause. 

Every three minutes a child somewhere in the world is born with a cleft palate and in rural areas children with cleft palates have very limited access to treatment, Operation Smile Thailand reported.
