Hello,

I've been out of country for a while & just wanted to verify 90 day reporting procedures. Maybe online is the way to go now (???), but I always used to mail them. I understand they have a new office in Chiang Mai also. Anyways, does this procedure look correct?

         Signed copies of:

• Passport page with photo
• Last Entry Stamp
• Last Visa Stamp or Extension
• TM.6 
• Last receipt of Notification 
• Completed TM 47 (Still Chiang Mai specific?)
• Stamped return envelope  (How much?)
•  
• Send by EMS to:  Notify 90 Days
• Chiangmai Immigration
  71 Sanambin Road
  T. Suthep A. Muang
  Chiang Mai
  50200

10 baht stamp on the SASE an officer at the 90 day reporting desk told me about 4 weeks ago... and that it is okay to send by mail... and yeah... send to airport office... you got it correct.  but does this mean the new social media question form does not have to be done anymore or we do or do not need also when mailing the 90 day,  I have not mailed it in more than 5 years but will next time.  I didn't want to ask too many questions on my last visit.... social media form too? I didn't ask that one. but at the shopping mall 90 day I did have to do the new form of misc info.. and actually it doesn't ask about social media anymore.

If they wanted the personal info form to be submitted with your mailed in 90 day reports they would need to send it to you with your receipt for the report.

I have seen no reports of anybody being told to send the form with their reports.

Thank you gentlemen! I think I will run with the online method. I'm not easy about the security of it, but it appears many are doing it without issues.
