The english language news on thai tv this 8 am said there will be a new 3 month tourist visa. Anyone know anything about this. thanks

No new visa that I am aware of.

Perhaps wrongly calling the existing visa a 3 month one like many people do.

All Immigration chiefs have been summoned to Bangkok this week for a conference.

Let's see what comes out from that.

They said it was new and starting 1 December. I have to leave 1 Dec so it would change what I would do.

Maybe  you heard that tourist visas will be free for  90 days
