Peruvian blueberries has arrived Thailand

Featured Replies

I was very surprised the other day when I could buy fresh blueberries imported from Peru at Big C.   The reason for this I think is that Peru recently signed an agreement with China and the ASEAN market for the import of blueberries, avocados, asparagus, mangoes, grapes and other products

"  25 Peruvian companies, associations and chambers of commerce attended a face-to-face meeting with 50 Chinese companies in Beijing, where they discussed opportunities for business cooperation. "

The Peruvian blueberries are delicious , just like NZ berries , sweet , juicy and full of antioxidants , Thai berries are not even close when it comes to taste. .

That's why I was even more surprised when they had a big sale at BIG C this week for only 49 baht for 125 g, Normal price is 99 baht.

The blueberry season in Peru last from September until March ,  Now I just hope that they will continue to sell them in the supermarkets here,  it's so hard to find good quality imported berries here under 100 baht .
