My partner and I rent a condo all year round in Pattaya. My partner is the leaseholder and has a retirement extension.

I come on 60 day tourist visa each time.

We come to Pattaya 3 times a year, once for 3 months and the other 2 times for 2 months.

My questions are:

Does my partner have to register me each time I come to Pattaya at immigration? and

Does my partner have to register each time?

Pattaya doe not seem to be wanting a TM30 report every time a person enters the country. It may be needed when your partner does their extension.

You and your partner could be listed on the same TM30 form.

If you go to immigration for a 30 day extension of your entry you may be asked for one.
