Is It True when presenting a income stat dec from Aus embasssy

When you now present the usual income stat dec from the Aus embassy you also have to have an additional stamp from some other Thai Government organization ?

Only if you are doing an application at one of the 4 offices that have been asking for a verification of the consular officer's signature that did it.

I have posted them before in earlier discussions.

Nonthaiburi, Pathum Thani, Ayutthaya and Hua Hin. Best to check if they still want it before having it done.

I had a friend who went to ChonBuri and he was rejected as his stat dec was not stamped by the other Thai dept.

Avoid jomtien. I was told I needed verification and in the same breath she said she could do it for just a 15k payment lol

Jomtien immigration only ask for it when doing an application for a conversion to a non immigrant visa from a tourist visa or visa exempt entry. They do no ask for it to apply for an extension.

That might be it as he was asking for a conversion, BUT I did do my extension and had to supply a stat dec for income.
