90 day Online reporting

Once again problems with the web page not opening.

Applied for 90 days extension on the 22nd this month. Due to report on the 5th Dec.

Usually only takes 2/3 working days to get the "approved'.

Up to yesterday morning could open the web page to check and the status was still 'Pending'

Yesterday afternoon web page went down and could not open, the same this morning.

Phoned the call Immigration  call center who were less than helpful.

Again phoned the call center this morning and was given 3 Bangkok telephone numbers but after many attempts no calsl were answered.

Phoned my local office in Kap Choeng and they said 'the online reporting would not be working again until next year, come to office!!!

I am pretty sure the officer I spoke to had no idea what he was talking about.

Cannot find a telephone No. to report the webpage is down or to check the status of my application.

Anyone else having these problems..
