canthai55 Posted December 6, 2016 Share Posted December 6, 2016 Go to Police station. Fill out 2 reports - one for House Book lost, one for Blue Book for Car lost. Take the Police report for the house book to the Amphur. Take the Police report for the Blue car Book to the DLT. Arrive with copies of your Passport, including Visa page and entry stamp, 90 day report if applicable. Preferred the person in the house book accompany you, with same copies as above, to Amphur.
