HM King Maha Vajiralongkorn presides over the opening ceremony of the new City Hall of Krabi province yesterday. Thousands of people from Krabi and other nearby provinces lined up to welcome him.

 

Prawit says armed forces ‘delighted’ with monarch, plan special events; thousands line streets to greet King

 

Thousands of people gathered at Krabi’s new provincial hall and on the road leading to the building, chanting “Long live the King”, as His Majesty King  Maha Vajiralongkorn arrived in the province yesterday evening.

 

It marked the new monarch’s first official visit outside the capital.
