Can anyone please recommend a car hire company in either phetchabun, Phitsanulok, or Khao Kho, I've scoured the internet but to no avail.

Honestly, that "scouring of the internet" can not have been very thorough.

Easy to find are those two reputable companies with branches in Phitlok:

My bad, just double checked and they're available from Phitsanuloke airport, but I was hoping for SUV really, which they don't have, also Phetchabun would be my first choice.
