A good friend of mine was lucky enough to get a Condo Investment visa back in 2005, when it only required a 3m baht "investment".  She's renewed it every year since then, even though she now spends a lot of her time in the UK.  The Extension has to be renewed in May 2017.  She's coming to Thailand in January 2017.  Will she be able to renew it early at CW in January?

They normally will not accept an application for an extension any earlier than 45 days.

She could try but I am sure they will say no.
