Win 10 monitor problem

My new Win 10 machine doesn't detect the second monitor. I have tried suggestions found on the web, e.g., upgrading graphics card driver, etc. Still no luck. I would appreciate if someone could point me to a repair shop with software expertise or a tech whiz who works individually. I am near Victory Monument and would be happy to take my box in if it's not too far. Thanks.

Exactly where there are computer shops around Victory Monument I don´t know, but you can try search that on google and find some answer.

If you would like help this way in the forum, it will need some more information:

What is your graphic card?

How do you connect to the first and the second monitor? (HDMI, VGA, DVI)

Are you having 2 separate stand alone monitors or is one of them buildt in to a laptop?

I know this is likely too basic, but have you checked your cables/tried different cables?

If you can see the device in device manager then Windows is detecting it.

 

Can you see it in Multiple Monitors?
