When I go to transfer my Non O visa from old passport to new tomorrow (as well as applying for my annual 12 month extension to stay) I have already photocopied all the pages in my old 48 page British passport, do I need to photocopy all 48 blank pages of my brand new unused passport?

If your office want passport page copies they will probably only want the pages with Thai visa/stamps.
