Not yet.  Crude oil imports averaged 7.9 million barrels a day for the preceding 4 weeks (per the EIA).  Crude oil exports from the US average approximately 500 to 600 thousand barrels a day.  US crude production is averaging approximately 9.1 million barrels a day, while refineries are processing over 16 million barrels a day.  Some of that production is exported, approximately 10 to 15%.  Venezuela alone exports 750 thousand barrels a day to the US.  Saudi Arabia exports approximately .8 to 1 million barrels a day to the US.
