Pointless and unpleasant, but beetroot juice might do less damage to your knees. 2. Doing grip strength exercises gets you bored more quickly than going to the gym. Agreed. If you want a strong right wrist, then you can't beat a wank - unlike an egg. 3. Smoking prevents dementia. Most smokers don't live that long.
