Fastest Visa delivery in uk?

Hi Guys, 

Looking for some help, Going to Thailand on the 11 Jan, and wanted to get a tourist visa, i have left it a bit late, i had planned to visit the London embassy to get a tourist visa, but just seen you cant collect in person for this visa, 

what embassy would be the quickest to return my passport?

If you make an appointment, the honorary consulates will usually do the visa while you wait. The best one to contact will depend on where you are located. What I can say is that Cardiff (http://www.thaiconsulatewales.org.uk/) answers their email, allowing you to make an appointment easily. Birmingham, Liverpool and Hull are other consulates I have heard good things about, but I have no direct experience of using them.

You can certainly apply for the visa at the embassy and pick it up the next day after applying.

Hull were very helpful. They answer the phone and when I went there for a METV I was given help with the form and it was all sorted in about 45 minutes.
