30 day extension at end of non O married visa

Featured Replies

I have a valid non O multi which requires 90 day border bounce at mae Sai

For variety of reasons be ideal to extend another 30 days before heading overseas.

Is this possible for 1900 baht on last day ?

Does it have to be within the original validity of the visa or the last permission to stay?

I am thinking that before it ends doing another border run to get another 90 days, so if I do this can it be added too and should I apply before the very last date?

My alternative is too do 2 x 15 day visa on arrival by land which is far more time consuming though cheaper.

Any advice from those worth first hand experience especially welcome

  • If your married to a Thai you can get a 60 day extension of stay at your local immigration office for 1,900 baht.
  • You don't have to wait until the last day to apply. 60 days will be added to your existing 90 regardless of how early you apply. You should have no problem applying within the last two weeks.
