Renewing my WP and have moved since last time so need to change my home address. However, I live for free in my boyfriend's (Thai) parents house so don't have any rental contract. Called Ministry of Labor and asked and they kindly asked me to google for a form online for the house owner to fill out (in Thai). And can't find any forms....

Anyone know where to find these forms?

The nearest form that fits the description is a TM30 form used by immigration. http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm30.pdf

 

That's the only one I have found too.

 

Think I will just have her fill out two of the ones from immigration and then write a letter which she can sign, giving me permission to live in her house.
