Arrived on yacht left on plane

Featured Replies

Arrived by sailing yacht i am the owner.

Departed by plane after visiting immigration paying 2,000bht in leau of posting bond.

Returned with a setv .

My question is i rented a condo for a few months while my boat is in dry dock while i do repairs. I now have a departure card. I want to extend 30 days.

Do i tell immigration i am in a condo or can i just say i am on my boat?

Will they fine me for me not checking in on my return is my next question.

I am not sure with all the tm 28 and 30 stuff i read here

Thanks

The condo owner should of reported your presence when you moved in.

You should use the condo address when you apply for the 30 day extension.

Where are you located now. What immigration wants varies office to office.

The mostly want a report of residence from you or the condo owner.

You should check with the condo owner to find out if they reported you to immigration. If not have them do a TM30 form. http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/download/pdf/tm30.pdf
