Not a first line defense but as a second line I think a few of us could benefit from this. Anyone know a clinic that offers PrEP?

You need to ask for Truvada, otherwise they won't know what you are talking about. If you look at the Medicine forum there is some information on it.

It can be obtained from a doctor or clinic specializing in HIV, see the pinned thread.

I don't see a pinned thread, being a technological dummy I am not sure even where to look, help please, the link I saw was for the CDC in the USA.  Is it available in Thailand?
