You are so right there. Once they turned 21 in Pak Pong back in 88 they were retired and pensioned off. Your honor, here is a photocopy of the note used in the transaction to prove the victim was trafficked underaged. Case closed - hang em high. Because police would have to prove that money changed hands as part of the trafficking offence to show that a financial transaction took place. Presumably the original was found on the manager or cashier so photocopying the note would corroborate the evidence given that that note was handed over. The photocopied note alone would not support the charges. They would ( or should!) have to provide other evidence to prove the money handed over was to hire the girl for sexual purposes.
