December 11, 200619 yr Plenty: Floral, Twin Peaks, Nakornping, Rimping, Hillside 4 for starters. Price per sq mtr? Say 30,000-40,000 and more for Twin Peaks and whatever the other one beside is called. Both are new others have been standing a while which ain't all bad. There's plenty of debate on Hillside 4 a couple of weeks back if your new to town. Search will reveal all.

Here's a URL for the Rimping. http://www.rimping.co.th/ It's an old one but may give you some info you're looking for. There are some units for sale by co-owners that you can find posted on a bulletin board in the condo lobby. At present the building owner is here in Chiang Mai. His name is K. Paradon. Check with the cashier on the first floor to find out when he'll be in the office. He may have some units available for sale. In general, everything is pretty well tied up, but you never know. 50K per sq. meter is more like the prices at the Rimping. Hope this helps you. Good luck.
