Honeymoon Destination

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I am trying to plan a honeymoon to a cold weather climate, where it is fairly easy for thai nationals to get a visa, and hopefully less than 6 hours flying time. Any suggestions?

1st half of the honeymoon will be on the beaches.

By cold weather, snow would be great but not required!

thanks.

You could try Iceland..................................wonderful place, and has the highest population of Thais pro/rata than any other country in the World outside Thailand. Rejkavic is full of Thai Restaurants and there is so much to do there. If you mean 6 hours flying time from New York then it fits the bill. We went and loved every minute.

:D Dubai. Sounds strange, but the weather is deffo cooler than Thailand and there is a snowdome and some of the women look like this :o obviously the eyes are not as mad and scary :D

I think Korea may fit the bill. Cold winters, with lots of snow in the ski resorts usually during January and February. 5 1/2 hour flight from BKK. 90-day stamp given to Thai nationals without the need for any visa.
