Pattaya is a city with a population of a third of a million people at any one time (tourists included). Crime rate is low for a city of this size.

so the guy wouldn't rat out the other guy eh?  Doesn't sound like a routine mugging or attack where one would gleefully and willingly tell the cops what happened and try to catch the guy

Considering the fight was over 6 months ago, I doubt that anyone really cares.
