Advice Please

Hi , this is my first post on this site and i hope someone can give me some advice. I am a regular visitor to pattaya and have previously just gone over on a 1 month entry which i renewed by doing the monthly visa runs. I now want to return for a long stay , hopefully up to a year and want some advice on the best way to acheive this. I have the forms from the consulate in hull and if i was to aply for a non imigrant multiple entry visa which i have been told is my best bet , the forms say i have to state Evidence substantiating purpose of visit. Has anyone applied for this multiple entry non immigrant visa recently, as any advice and help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

My purpose of stay is to be with my long time girlfriend but i also recently purchased a small beer bar which is in her name.
