Policy definition: " a set of ideas or a plan of what to do in particular situations that has been agreed to officially by a group of people, a business organization, a government, or a political party: "

I wonder if news organizations will come around to dropping use of the term "policy" regarding what Trump does. More akin to string of random urges and twitches....

Rice isn't Thailands only weak spot...........

I feel so sorry for the Thai Poor people that the Government don't care about, even slightly, unless the 'Powers' toss those 'Poor' a few Thai Baht (near election times) to buy 'favors' of the numbers.......

And I feel no sorrow tor the Thai "Hi-So" people (Thai Upper class- with all the money)..........

Yet just days ago, the Fiscal Policy Office forecast expansion in the Thai economy of upwards of 4.1% in part due to higher confidence among consumers and industrial operators. A "crucial" factor to such high growth rates was farmer's income. Might be the international markets could care less about Thai consumer and industrial operators confidence.
