Anybody seen black Mercedes Van for rent?

On my last trip to Chiang Mai I saw a black Mercedes Sprinter panel van for rent a couple of times near the airport but didn't get the details. 

Does anybody know where I can rent that van please?

That van is no longer in service-- accident. Would one like it be ok?

My understanding that legally one can not rent a van here so one must hire one with a driver.

Your point is interesting too, never thought about that in the "Land of Smiles (and Pick-up Trucks)"

 

I've always figured it to do with providing tourists with services (instead of choices)

 

Not sure about hiring larger trucks that would be suitable for hauling/moving
