Savanakhet marriage visa

I just got married and have the Thai marriage certificate. I just got a 60 day extension of stay due to marriage, having a tourist visa.

I cannot meet the financial requirements, so it looks like savanakhet is the best bet for me as I have no problem leaving the country every 90 days.

Is there a significant risk savanakhet changes their rules for the multi entry marriage visa in the next 60 days and thus requires financial proof?

I cannot foresee any changes coming. They seem to be the designated office to do them within the region by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Any change would likely happen without any/much notice. Whether any change is imminent is anyone's guess.
