Head to Mae Sot and than travel north along the border; Plenty of Burmese refugee camps that would truly appreciate anything

One of the motivating factors for the OP's altruism may well be to impress a Thai GF.  Otherwise he could just distribute the clothing to the poor and needy in his own country, Ireland.

She won't be impressed if he gives the stuff to Pa Ma.

Try stopping at some schools ,  In the sticks, Have a look around, you will see plenty of children who come from family's that struggle. I take pencils, crayons to, I never bring any cloths back when i go home. I just give them away to who i think need them.

Might be worth contacting Christ Church C of E in Bangkok, they do a lot of work in that area with the Rohingya.

Must they be distributed there so far away.  Pattaya is filled with, beggars orphans and many poor people.  If you're still in Ireland are there no poor there?

Do you need any yourself?

Yes.

The Myanmar border towns would be a fair bet.  GF is involved in a fair bit of charitable donations through different buddhism streams, if you have issues find somewhere let me know and maybe I'll see if she can help you out.

Berrybert and Abab why don,t you wasters crall back into the hole you came out

the guy is doing a very charitable thing,

Don't forget the islands.  For example, even though it is within a stones throw from Phuket, the villagers on Koh Maprao are dirt poor.  Fishing in those parts ain't what it used to be.
