I was in Myanmar recently and the place is a gold mine although still much 3rd world.  But the girls even in the cities mostly do not have cell phones as they cannot afford them.  They actually look at you and smile and are approachable.

Yes i am laughing, but my wife laughs about it as well.

No it is not a problem for her, so she says.

It took about two months for Thailand to go to the toilet after affordable android phones and data plans were introduced. I suspect Myanmar will follow soon.
