Ems Courier Service

Featured Replies

I had to send some important documents to the US and looked around here in our small town in central Thailand to be told that DHL service is not available. I ain't surprised...there ain't much service type stuff available around here of use to falangs. I opted to use the post office's EMS service...expensive, 600 baht to send a 130gr envelope to Philadelphia. Has anyone used this service to send documents internationally? No doubt the service probably works OK within Thailand.

any advice?

DHL are so confident in EMS that they use it in preference to their own service to Samui !

EMS in Thailand is very good in my experience and I have also had good experience sending to the UK.

I've used it to the Uk on a number of occasions. It can take a while - especially from out of town - but it gets there in the end.

Just sent documents to Minnesota. Worked perfectly. Sent them last Thursday and arrived Monday. You can track the documents online just like FedEx, DHL, or TNT.

I've sent important documents overseas with EMS and never had a problem.

My wife had her brand new thai E-passport sent to her from BKK-Seattle.... 600 bths, 2 wks, no problem - via EMS

thanks for the replies...sounds like no worries with EMS. How does one track a document/parcel?...just find the website and follow instructions?

Try this one Tutsiwarrior:

http://ems.thailandpost.co.th/

Yeah, usually it works.

Sometimes we get 'complains' that documents not received a.s.o.

Very fast get confirmation that documents in fact have been delivered on date and time .... receipt signed by Smith

Used it dozens of times. Everything went just perfect. No complains here...

It works for me without any complaint. A fast and very reliable service, overseas and domestic.
