Just happened to me.
Catcalling, a childish behavior, is a vocal action, which can be harassment. Just like all the people who go around with cameras , quoting the first amendment, looking at anything in public isn't an offense. What you see, you can video, as it's a public domain, and it is their right, although it's also kinda stupid. Making sure the police don't go above their jobs using control and aggression is surely okay, but there's a fine line you can't cross, making sure you don't break laws on the books. If it's a law not to stare, people need to follow it, but that can be abused by women if a man just looks at them a little while. there are many Karens out there who look for any reasons to attack men. -
