International Women Day, Bumrungrad hospital is organizing a workshop about "hormone imbalance"

AT BUMRUMGRAD HOSPITAL and organized by the Hospital itself

In celebrating international women day on March 8, we are organizing an
event about how hormone imbalance affect women psychologically and
physically.

The event is free but I can send you The complimentary tickets to show
at the door. Event starts at 8:30 am to 2 pm. Workshop officially starts
9-12 noon with raffles drawing at the end. We also have 15 amazing
healthy partners to check out. Not to mention great prizes to win. So

9:00 am opening and Panel discussion on the passage of time with 4 expat
women talking about how their Iives changes over time living abroad

10:00 am Make power breakfast demonstration for your family

10:45 am Dr Pansak talks about revitalizing your health by balancing
your hormone. Sleep is apparently very important here to prevent a lot
of chronic diseases and cancer.

11:30 am PIYO - Pilates and yoga demonstration - so dress comfortably to
learn some safe tips to exercise

12:15 pm Raffles draw - we have amazing amazing prizes to win!!
