But, I do think things have changed even in the past year. Some nasty things use to go on in several of these places but not now. I am sure it still happens, but no to the same extent/public arena it use to. A good clean family resort city is coming. Should be a lot of fun. The Bangkok visitors tend to stay in their own condos own transport are the spenders though Spoke to many business owner foreign investors around pattaya they accept a reduced walking street but a casino is their only saviour going forward The sex has always being the engine here but that now being changed and going online cheap air travel is contributing to the shortage of girls around the town has made it difficult to keep girls Massive growth in massage parlour has been the end of girls working in bars The one thing is sure they will continue to blame the go go bars on farang thai had nothing to do with it They will still have no plan 10 years from now except to be guided by greed and xenophobic ideals but with the zero tours back in full swing and the cities roads breaking up they will be busy.
