Sophon Cable / Fiber Internet ??? Feedback.

Anybody with personal experience of the   20/5  or 30/10 Fiber/Cable by Sophon? Price 500/600. At the end it is not top-speed, but reliability and international bandwidth/speed that counts.

ive had it for about 6 weeks now and when i do a speedtest everything looks good . 

but something is not right ....

i cant play certain online games , facebook is very slow ... but youtube is fine
i did a packet=loss check ,some websites were fine other have about 40% loss .. 

 

Ps ; im learning about packet loss just now ..so i dont really know what im talking about.

 

1 thing thou ... ive not signed any contract so thats a bonus
