Wiinet down since yesterday

Featured Replies

My wiinet went down yesterday afternoon and despite numerous calls to TOT it's still down. I'm in regional Sakon Nakhon. Anyone else experiencing problems?

When we were in WiNet it sometimes stopped when the tower was hit by lightning, always took a day to come back. The outage was of course very localised (only users on that tower, or even a single transponder).

You had any flash-and-bang recently?

Have you tried power-cycling your router, unplug it from the mains, have a cup of coffee, plug it back in.

Thanks Crossy have tried power cycling to no avail. Yes, there was a big thunderstorm in the region yesterday when it went down.

It's just frustrating dealing with TOT who will only say it's "In the process".

If you ever need a visit from the man, get his number and ensure he gets a little something "for lunch" :)
