Finally identified my long-term illness (Bronchiectasis), thanks to Dr Google :)
ha that's funny you mention that. Some years ago (before COVID even) there was a woman sitting next to coughing and sounding extremely ill. I started wearing masks during air travel then as an experiment to avoid getting sick and the woman out of courtesy told me she had the "cancer cough" and wasn't infectious. Made me feel better at least that I wasn't going to get what she had and spoil my summer vacation back home. Hope she pulled through ok. -

You are farang, cannot adopt cat. It’s our policy
We never had a problem adopting a kitten/cat. It turned up a few months ago meowing for food. My wife fed it and she adopted us. Now I am the one that feeds it in the morning and opens the kitchen door at odd times if the cat is hungry. She is an outside cat and very sociable but on her own independent terms.
